摘要： The present application relates to a method for preparing glucans from
Aspergillus niger , characterized in that it includes: (i) at least partially deacetylating the mycelium of the
Aspergillus niger ; (ii) treating the deacetylated or partially deacetylated mycelium with acid, preferably after purification and/or washing, in order to obtain insoluble glucans and soluble chitosan, wherein said acid treatment includes contacting the deacetylated mycelium with an acid solution; (iii) separating the soluble chitosan from the glucans; (iv) treating the glucans with an alkali, which includes contacting the glucans with an alkali solution so as flocculate the glucans; and (v) drying the flocculated glucans in order to obtain a glucan powder. The present invention further relates to the resulting glucans, to compositions including said glucans, and to the uses thereof. The glucans of the invention can be used as immunostimulants.
