摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for feeding sheets (1) from a sheet pile (2) to a sheet conveyor drum (3) of a printing machine. The invention seeks to create a method and a device to feed sheets (1) in high-speed machines showing greater feeding accuracy even in case of thin printing material and reduced overall dimensions. According to the invention, this is performed in that each top sheet (1) to be fed of the sheet pile (2) is grabbed by a conveyor element (6), separated from the sheet pile (2) and transported in the direction of the printing machine through a feed table (9) up to the lay marks (10), the sheet then being released from the conveyor element (6), positioned, caught by a pre-gripper (13), accelerated and conveyed to the sheet conveyor drum (3).
