摘要: A method for producing a concrete mixture by recycling previously produced residues of said mixture, comprising the following steps: cleaning residues of a mixture from the walls of a tank by means of a mechanical action of inert components of the concrete mixture loaded in said tank, and then emptying the tank and loading the mixture produced into a mixer, which is weighed. After dry cleaning of the tank walls, said tank is filled with water for additionally removing residues of the mixture, and the mixture produced after wet cleaning is loaded into the mixer and weighed again. Additional components of the concrete mixture are then added and mixing is performed. A control system governs the steps for producing the concrete mixture. A mixer is used which comprises a drum rotatably mounted on a support, and a blade, attached to a shaft, for mixing and for cleaning the inner surface of the drum.

摘要: The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to systems for separation of components of the residual concrete mixture. The system for separation of the components of the residual concrete mixture comprises a frame with a rail fixed on it, on which at least one lifting device is placed, which suspends two or more vibrating sieves configured to move horizontally and vertically, as well as to change their angle of inclination, and having different mesh sizes, as well a process tank with a water placed under the vibrating sieves and having upper and lower level sensors controlling the water level in the tank. In a bottom part of the tank there is a pump connected to a conduit of a water distribution system and configured to move a water-cement mixture obtained in the process tank and previously passed through the vibrating sieves. The conduit comprises a movable control nipple configured to determine a cement concentration depending on a density of the water-cement mixture and to direct subsequently the water-cement mixture in the first tank if its density is higher or equal to a predetermined value, or in the second tank, if the density of the mixture is below the predetermined value, through a sand filter, which simultaneously serves as a sand hopper of the sand sifted on the lower sieve; a control unit configured to control an operation of the system for separation of the components of the residual concrete mixture. The technical result is to increase of the operational reliability of the system for separation of the components of residual concrete mixture.
