    摘要： In a nut retaining apparatus for holding a nut 282 in a connection body 28 in an inclined direction, the nut retaining apparatus comprises a nut retainer 283 which is provided on an insertion end of the bolt insertion hole 28h in the connection body 28, and the nut holder 281 supports the nut 282 and is mounted on the connection body 28, thereby retaining the nut 282 at a position of the nut retainer 283. Thus, it is possible to provide a nut retaining apparatus and a nut holder capable of effectively preventing the producing procedure from being complicated, and preventing the producing cost from being increased.
