摘要: A method (300) of obtaining ultrasound images of a moving organ of a subject comprises receiving (302) a first sequence of ultrasound images from an ultrasound imaging transducer during a first portion of motion of the organ, wherein the first sequence of ultrasound images is obtained with a first imaging mode having a first field of view. The method then comprises upon a trigger condition, sending (304) an instruction to the ultrasound imaging transducer to cause the ultrasound imaging transducer to switch to a second imaging mode having a second field of view during a second portion of the motion, wherein the second field of view is wider than the first field of view.

摘要: An ultrasound imaging system (100) may automatically analyze a pulse wave Doppler spectrogram to determine high quality and low quality cardiac cycles. Based on the determination, the ultrasound imaging system (100) may exclude the low quality cardiac cycle from being used in calculations of parameter measurements such as peak systolic velocity, end diastolic velocity, and resistance index. In some examples, the ultrasound imaging system (100) may provide a visual indication on the display (138) which cardiac cycles were excluded from the measurements.
