摘要: The present disclosure refers to a boom mounting assembly for attachment to an agricultural machine, comprising a primary frame (12) and a boom support frame (1) configured to support a boom (10) and suspended from the primary frame (12) such that the boom support frame (1) can pivot at least in a transverse plane around a longitudinal axis of rotation provided in a pivot point. At least one bearing assembly (20) is provided on the primary frame (12) or the boom support frame (1) configured for guiding a movement of the boom support frame (1) relative to the primary frame (12). The at least one bearing assembly (20) comprises a bearing member (21) which defines a bearing surface (22) which is configured to rest detachably against at least one of the primary frame (12), the boom support frame (1), and a boom section of the boom (10), wherein the bearing surface (22) is convexly curved in any direction in the transverse plane. The boom support frame (1) comprises a first sub-frame (2) connecting to the primary frame (12); a second sub-frame (3) supported by the first sub-frame (2) in support sections provided, in a transverse direction, on opposite sides of the pivot point; and an actuator (7) connecting to the first (2) and second (3) sub-frames and operable such that the support sections can be moved relative to the pivot point, thereby, in a transverse direction increasing a distance between the pivot point and a support section on one side of the pivot point and, at the same time, decreasing a distance between the pivot point and a support section on an opposite side of the pivot point and vice versa. Further, a method for controlling operation of a boom mounting assembly attached to an agricultural machine is provided.

The applying comprises: providing operation mode data indicative of a plurality of operation modes each assigned at least one weather parameter and a set of operation parameters for operating the agricultural sprayer for applying the spray crop input by the sprayer system; receiving operation mode input in the control device (4), the input being indicative of selecting a first operation mode from the plurality of operation modes assigned a first weather parameter and a first set of operation parameters; operating the agricultural sprayer for applying the spray crop input according to the first set of operation parameters; receiving weather condition input in the control device (4), the weather condition input being indicative of a present weather condition; determining whether the present weather condition is within a parameter range allowed for the first weather parameter in the control device (4); and if the present weather condition is determined not being within the parameter range, switching operation of the agricultural sprayer for applying the spray crop from the first operation mode to a second operation mode assigned a second set of operation parameters being different from the first set of operation parameters, wherein the agricultural sprayer is operated according to the second set of operation parameters in the second operation mode.
