摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for urinalysis for diagnosing a renal disease; a kit for urinalysis for diagnosing a renal disease; a method for detecting primary cilia or a component thereof isolated from renal tissues, or basal bodies of the primary cilia or a component thereof isolated from renal tissues; and a method for diagnosing the occurrence or progress of a renal disease.
The composition and the kit for urinalysis of the present invention have the advantages of rapidly and simply identifying the presence of a renal disease by detecting the presence of primary cilia or a component thereof or proteins constituting the same from the urine of a renal disease patient.
