    摘要: An apparatus capable of monitoring and adjustting an in-furnace combustion condition in real time, comprising: a furnace having a heating chamber (1), a combustor (2), a charging door (3), an exhaust gas flow port (4), and an exhaust gas flow pipe (5), wherein the combustor (2) is used for introducing fuel and/or an oxygen-containing gas into the heating chamber (1) to form a flame, the charging door (3) is used for adding a raw material, and the gas generated by combustion in the heating chamber (1) enters the exhaust gas flow pipe (5) through the exhaust gas flow port (4); two sensors (20, 21) of the same type arranged at different positions in the exhaust gas flow pipe (5); and a control device (30) receiving signals of the two sensors (20, 21) and adjusting, according to a difference between the signals, the amount of the fuel and/or the oxygen-containing gas entering the combustor (2). The first sensor (20) is provided proximate to the exhaust gas flow port (4), and the second sensor (21) is provided at a position 5-10 meters downstream from the first sensor. A flame sensor, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, an oxygen concentration sensor, a carbon monoxide concentration sensor, or a carbon dioxide concentration sensor can be selected as the two sensors (20, 21).

    摘要: The present invention discloses a transporting pipeline 25 for a high-temperature fluid with a heat exchange apparatus installed therein, a suitable heat exchange apparatus and a heat exchange method, wherein heat contained in the high-temperature fluid can be recovered during the transportation thereof, the heat exchange apparatus comprising a heat exchange body 1 inserted into the transporting pipeline 25, and a coil 8 for a heat-receiving fluid installed therein, whereby the high-temperature fluid heats an auxiliary fluid in a heat exchange cavity 7 via a heat exchange panel 6 of the heat exchange body 1 in contact therewith, and the heated auxiliary fluid then conducts the heat to the heat-receiving fluid in the coil 8, whereby the high-temperature fluid may be flue gas generated by combustion, the heat exchange apparatus of the present invention being inserted into a flue gas transporting pipeline 25, the auxiliary fluid may be an inert gas such as air, and the air heated indirectly by the high-temperature flue gas conducts heat to fuel and/or oxygen-enriched gas (serving as an oxidant/combustion aid) flowing in the coil 8.
