摘要： Self-adhesive speech valve of the type comprising a valve body (4), a flexible flap (13) mounted on a support (8) extending transversally in said valve body to form a flap with two lips (14) movable between an open and a closed position, and means for attaching said valve around the stoma. The speech valve (1) is a single-piece unit having the flap valve (13) permanently fixed to the support (8) and comprising a screen (18) for filtering air entering the stoma, said screen being placed on the outside of said valve body at the flap valve side. The adhesive means consists of an annular base (10) with a contact face (11) coated with a repositionable adhesive.
