摘要： Procédé d'utilisation d'une pompe à vide (1) étanche à l'huile qui comporte une tubulure d'échappement (8) munie d'un clapet antiretour (9), une amenée d'huile (11) munie d'une soupape (13), qui débouche dans sa chambre d'aspiration (13), ainsi qu'un moteur électrique (14) pour le rotor (4) muni de bobines (15 et 20) et d'un condensateur (16). La soupape (13) située dans l'amenée d'huile (11) se ferme lors de l'arrêt de la pompe (1) ou lors d'une coupure de courant. Afin de garantir le maintien du vide même en cas de défaillance mécanique, il est suggéré que la soupape (13) située dans l'amenée d'huile (11) soit en outre commandée en fonction de la vitesse de rotation n du rotor (4) ou du moteur (14) de manière à être ouverte lorsque la vitesse de régime est normale et à être fermée lorsque la vitese de régime est réduite. L'enroulement secondaire (20) sert avantageusement de capteur.
