Abstract: The present technology relates to a system and method for predicting the physical properties of a multilayer material, and the system and method may predict physical properties such as the elastic modulus, shear modulus, and Poisson's ratio of an entire laminate when a multilayer material having a laminated structure is developed, and may predict not only the homogenized robustness of the entire laminate of the multilayer material, but also the stress and strain of each layer at the time of occurrence of external forces including expansion stress considering environmental factors such as a temperature change or a humidity change are generated.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a superabsorbent polymer composition. The superabsorbent polymer composition of the present invention may exhibit very improved antimicrobial and deodorizing properties without deterioration of the properties of superabsorbent polymer such as centrifugal retention capacity, absorbency under pressure, and transmittance, and thus, can be usefully applied for hygienic goods such as a diaper, and the like. The superabsorbent polymer composition comprises: superabsorbent polymer particles comprising crosslinked polymer of water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomers including acid groups, of which at least a part are neutralized; and a particulate antimicrobial agent comprising a quaternary ammonium salt of a silane-based compound.

Abstract: Provided are methods of evaluating deodorizing ability of a superabsorbent polymer and a product including the same. According to the methods of evaluating deodorizing ability of the present invention, deodorizing ability of the superabsorbent polymer and the product including the same may be evaluated by measuring changes in the concentration of ammonia naturally generated in a wet state which is made close to the actual use environment. Accordingly, the deodorizing ability of the superabsorbent polymer and the product including the same may be evaluated more accurately and efficiently.
