摘要: A lighting apparatus using an organic light-emitting diode and a method of fabricating the same are characterized in that an organic emissive material and a conductive film used as a cathode are deposited on the entire surface of a substrate, and then an organic emissive layer in a lighting area and contact areas becomes separated (broken or cut) by laser ablation, simultaneously with the formation of a contact hole for contact with an anode. Next, cathode contact and encapsulation processes are performed using an adhesive containing conductive particles and a metal film. This simplifies the fabrication process of the lighting apparatus without using an open mask (metal mask), which is a complicated tool, thus making it useful especially in roll-to-roll manufacturing.

摘要: According to a lighting apparatus (100) of the present disclosure, an organic light emitting material (130) and a metal layer (126) may be deposited in a state that an edge region of a film (201) being transported is blocked by a shielding member (276) not to form an organic light emitting layer (130) and a second electrode (126) in a region (NA1) on which a pad (123a,b) is formed. A lighting apparatus (100) may be completed by separating the film (201) as it is cut in a width direction, wherein the organic light emitting layer (130) and the second electrode (126) are exposed to the outside through the cut surface, and an open region (131) from which the organic light emitting layer (130) and the second electrode (126) are removed in parallel to both cut surfaces may be formed within the lighting apparatus (100) spaced apart from the cut surface of the film (201) to disconnect the organic light emitting layer (130).

摘要: A lighting apparatus (100) using an organic light emitting diode according to the present disclosure is configured such that a substrate is planarized by forming an anti-scratch layer (115b) on a cathode electrode (126) to fully cover the cathode electrode.
The present disclosure having such configuration can uniformly maintain pressing pressure by virtue of the anti-scratch layer even while winding or unwinding the substrate for pulse aging, thereby preventing damages due to scratches or particles.
