摘要： An oral composition containing berberine is provided. The bitter taste of the oral composition caused by the berberine can be eliminated by formulating a nonionic surfactant thereinto. Furthermore, the berberine in the oral composition containing a flavour composition can be stably retained by controlling the content of the straight chain aldehyde compounds having 5 to 12 carbon atoms contained in the flavour composition.
