    摘要: A mechanical actuating device for displacing a piston (24) in the cylinder bore (20) and for compensating brake lining wear comprises a spreading device (34) which operates axially in a direction of brake actuation, and comprises a strut whose length can be adjusted and which is located between said spreading device (34) and piston (24). The strut whose length can be adjusted is formed by a first strut part (52) having a bolt-shaped end which is screwed into a second, essentially sleeve-shaped strut part (54) that rests with a conical flange (68) on the piston (24). A cavity (90) which is to be filled with brake fluid and which is sealed on one side in a liquid-tight manner exists between the bolt-shaped end of the strut part (52) and the sleeve-shaped strut part (54). In order to ensure a faultless filling of said cavity, the sleeve-shaped strut part (54) has a plurality of radial borings (92) which are located in the area of the cavity (90) and which connect the cavity (90) to the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve-shaped strut part (54). In addition, a plurality of axial continuous borings (96) are provided in the conical flange (68) which are arranged.
