The body (2, 2') can be introduced by immersion in a water containment chamber (21) at least at the region affected by the membrane (11), the membrane being adapted to allow the passage of water in molecular form in the gas flow chamber (10).

The valve element can be arranged in a closed position, in which it closes the lumen with respect to the outside, and in an aspiration position, wherein the aspiration port is arranged at the lumen.
