摘要： A highly reliable plasma display panel is disclosed which can be driven at high speed and has few variations in the resistance of electrode even when a multilayer electrode wiring is formed on a front plate or a back plate. A data electrode (9) is covered with a dielectric layer (15), and a priming electrode (14) is formed on the dielectric layer (15). A wiring taking-out portion (19) for the data electrode (9) for connection to the outside is formed on a back substrate (200) and a wiring taking-out portion (18) for the priming electrode (14) for connection to the outside is formed on the dielectric layer (15), respectively with a step (20) equal to the thickness of the dielectric layer (15).
