摘要: A high-frequency signal receiver includes a mixer having one port for receiving an input signal and another port for receiving an output from a local oscillator, a filter for receiving an output from the mixer, and an output terminal to which an output from the filter is supplied. At least the mixer and the filter are formed of balanced circuits, so that they have high capability of eliminating interference. Distances between the circuits thus can be short. Further, partition plates for shielding the interference are not needed, thus allowing the receiver to be small.

摘要: An RF apparatus with a built-in FM demodulator, which improves threshold effectively. This apparatus comprises an FM demodulator, a circuit (114) for detecting the FM modulation factor from a demodulated output, an input signal intensity detector (103), a circuit (110) for combining the output supplied from the FM modulation factor detector (114) through a switch (109) and the output from the input signal intensity detector (103) to generate a control signal, wherein the gain is varied by the output of the circuit (110). An optimum demodulation band width is obtained according to the modulation factor of the input signal, and the threshold can be improved effectively without generating a large noise due to a synchronization error.

摘要: When changeover switch (26) selects the output of L band filter (23), changeover switch (28) is turned off and mixer (29) is operated as an amplifier such that the oscillation frequency of local oscillator (31) is controlled based on data fed to data terminal (37) and a channel selection can be performed in mixer (32). When changeover switch (26) selects the output of V band filter (25), changeover switch (28) is turned on and a channel selection is performed based on data fed to data terminal (37) in mixer (29). With this arrangement, the need for a tuning filter is eliminated and a broadband tuner not requiring manpower for adjustments can be provided.

摘要: The present invention relates to a high-frequency apparatus incorporating a FM demodulator, and is objected to improve its threshold effectively always.
For achieving this object, the apparatus of this invention is comprised of a FM demodulator means (113), a detector (114) detecting the degree of FM demodulation of the output from the FM demodulator (113), an input signal intensity detector (103) and a composite circuit (110) which combines an output supplied from the detector (114) through a switch (109) with the output of the input signal intensity detector (103) and produces a control signal of a gain control circuit (102).
