摘要： An alkaline dry battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and an alkaline electrolyte. The separator is provided between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and the positive electrode, the negative electrode, and the separator are impregnated with the alkaline electrolyte. A battery depolarizer, which is an organic compound having a function of depolarizing both the positive electrode and the negative electrode or an alkaline metal salt thereof, is added to at least the alkaline electrolyte.
