    摘要: A linear oscillating actuator system which is capable of canceling out the stator vibrations for driving a load with a minimum of vibrations. The system includes an oscillator carrying a permanent magnet as well as an output shaft for connection to the load. A stator assembly is incorporated within a housing and is configured to movably support the oscillator and to carry an electromagnet.
    The electromagnet generates a magnetic field which interacts with the permanent magnet to reciprocate the oscillator relative to the stator assembly in a linear path. A balancer is added to the system for canceling out undesired stator vibrations. The balancer are commonly supported to the stator assembly to be driven thereby in parallel with the oscillator. The balancer is configured to have a mass generally equal to that of the oscillator and to be devoid of any output member. Thus, the oscillator and the balancer are driven in a counter reciprocating manner, thereby keeping the stator assembly free from counter-vibrations and therefore driving the output shaft with a maximum output power.

    摘要: A reciprocatory dry shaver capable of driving an inner cutter (62) smoothly along an arcuately curved outer cutter (61) for efficient shaving. The dry shaver includes a shaving head (40) carrying an outer cutter which is arcuately curved along its length, and an inner cutter driven to reciprocate along the length of the outer cutter. An actuator (100) is mounted in the shaving head for driving the inner cutter. The actuator includes an oscillator (130) which reciprocates in the lengthwise direction of the outer cutter and carries a joint (102) for driving connection to the inner cutter. Also included in the actuator is a resilient coupling link (140) which supports the oscillator to the shaving head in order to allow the oscillator to reciprocate relative to the shaving head. The resilient coupling link has its one end coupled to the oscillator and the other end anchored to the shaving head at a portion away from the inner cutter than the oscillator. Thus, the oscillator is supported as being floated or lifted with respect to the shaving head, thereby being allowed to travel along a path which is somewhat arcuate in coincidence with the arc of the outer cutter. Accordingly, the oscillator, i.e., the inner cutter carried thereon can be guided smoothly along the arc of the outer cutter, assuring smooth and efficient shaving.

    摘要: A reciprocatory dry shaver comprises a stationary cutter (21), a movable cutter (22), and a permanent-magnet linear motor (50) having a stator (51) and a reciprocator (61,62) which is driven by an electric current to reciprocate relative to the stator (51). The reciprocator (61,62) carries the movable cutter (22) to reciprocate it in shearing engagement with the stationary cutter (21). A power circuit (2) is included to provided an electric power to the motor (50). The shaver includes a detector (83) which detects a displacement of the movable cutter (22) and give an output indicative of the detected displacement of the movable cutter (22). Also included in the shaver is a controller (100) which varies the electric power being fed to the motor (50) in a feedback manner based upon the output from the speed detector (83) in order to keep an oscillation amplitude of the movable cutter (22) at constant. In this manner, the movable cutter (22) can reciprocate without being jammed even when experiencing a heavy load during the shaving, thereby avoiding undesired speed reduction of the movable cutter (22) which would result in the lowering of the cutting efficiency. Thus, the reciprocatory dry shaver is capable of keeping a constant oscillation amplitude irrespective of a load acting on a movable cutter (22) to thereby assure a sharp cut even when the movable cutter experiences a heavy load during the shaving.

    摘要: An improved linear oscillating actuator is capable of minimizing the undesired vibrations while moving first and second oscillators in parallel paths. The first and second oscillators carry first and second drive elements respectively for driving connection to individual reciprocating loads. The first and second drive elements project upwardly respectively from the first and second oscillators such that the first drive element is disposed immediately upwardly of the second oscillator and the second drive elements is disposed immediately upwardly of the first oscillator. With this reverse arrangement of the first and second drive elements relative to the first and second oscillators, the individual oscillating systems each including the oscillator, the drive element and the corresponding reciprocating load can have its mass center disposed in close proximity to a mass center of the actuator, thereby enabling to reduce undesired vibrations which would otherwise occur around the mass center of the actuator.
