摘要： The present invention describes a water-based adhesive containing an aqueous dispersion of one or more phenol resins stabilised by one or more polyacrylates, one or more latexes with one or more halogenated polyolefines and one or more cross-linking agents. The invention also describes the use of a water-based adhesive in which the substrate is coated with the adhesive as a primer and then with a prior art cover cement and finally bonded to a rubber in vulcanisation conditions.
