摘要: An air circuit breaker is made inexpensive by dispensing with an alloy contact in an arc contactor provided on an extinction device side separately from an on/off contact. A first resistor 31 is interposed between a fixed conductor 2 and a fixed side arc contactor 4a, and a second resistor 32 between a moving element 7 and a moving side arc contactor 8a. When the moving element is on, the moving side arc contactor 8a is abutted with the fixed side arc contactor 4a to bring the moving contact 6 into contact with a fixed contact 3, and then to separate the moving side arc contactor 8a from the fixed side arc contactor 4a. When the moving element is off, the moving side arc contactor 8a is brought into contact with the fixed side arc contactor 4a to separate the moving contact 6 from the fixed contact 3, and then to open and close the moving side arc contactor 8a and the fixed side arc contactor 4a by swinging. Thus, a current carried by both the contactors when opened and closed is restricted by the first resistor 31 and the second resistor 32.

摘要: A busbar connecting terminal for establishing a favorable electrical and thermal connecting relation between busbars and a busbar connecting terminal comprises a support part connected to a conductor part to be connected to an electric apparatus and a plurality of connecting plate parts supported by connection to the support part and connected by alternately stacking them and a plurality of busbars. The connecting plate parts each have the same plate thickness as at least that of each busbar and are spaced from each other with a space larger than the plate thickness of each busbar. The busbar connecting terminal is provided with a thin flexible part between the connecting plate parts and the support part. The support part can be a conductor block where the connecting plate parts are connected via the flexible part or a one−piece conductor block continuous with the connecting plate part. Alternatively, the conductor block can be produced by cutting an extrusion−molded material with a cross−sectional shape including the support part, the connecting plate part, and the flexible part into a piece of predetermined dimensions.

摘要: A circuit breaker having a contact arm for rotatably holding a movable element by a movable element pin, wherein the lateral wall of a casing opposed to the front end of the movable element pin is formed with an inclined surface such that when the movable element is in the open circuit position, there is a predetermined clearance between the front end of the movable element pin and the lateral wall of the casing and when the movable element is in the closed circuit position, the clearance between the front end of the movable element pin and the lateral wall is very small. A friction-reducing member is placed on the lateral wall of the casing opposed to the front end of the movable element pin, or the front end of the movable element pin is made spherical. Further, installed between the contact arm and the contact arm pin is a tubular bushing for minimizing the play therebetween so as to prevent the transverse movement of the movable element.
