摘要: An air-conditioning apparatus includes a compressor 11, an indoor heat exchanger 13 configured to function as a condenser or an evaporator, indoor heat exchanges 31 a and 31 b each configured to function as a condenser or an evaporator, a plurality of expansion valves 32a and 32b each provided for a corresponding one of the indoor heat exchangers 31 a and 31 b and each configured to adjust a flow rate of a refrigerant that flows through the corresponding indoor heat exchanger 31 a or 31 b, and a controller (202, 203) configured to control an operation capacity of the compressor 11 and opening degrees of a plurality of expansion devices. When increasing heat exchange performance of the indoor heat exchanger 31 b, the controller increases the operation capacity of the compressor 11 and controls the opening degree of the expansion valve 32a corresponding to the indoor heat exchanger 31 a to decrease the flow rate of the refrigerant that flows through the indoor heat exchanger 31 a.

摘要: A heat storage system includes a compressor that compresses refrigerant; a heat storage tank that stores a heating medium; heat exchange means provided outside the heat storage tank for heating the heating medium using heat of the refrigerant compressed by the compressor; a heat accumulating circuit including a feed path that feeds the heating medium flowing out of the heat storage tank to the heat exchange means, a return path that returns the heating medium heated by the heat exchange means into the heat storage tank, and a pump that circulates the heating medium; and control means capable of executing an initial operation that controls an operating frequency of the compressor at the beginning of a heat accumulating operation in which the heating medium heated by the heat exchange means is accumulated in the heat storage tank. The initial operation includes a first operation that maintains the operating frequency at a first frequency and, after the first operation, a second operation that maintains the operating frequency at a second frequency higher than the first frequency.

摘要: The following are provided: a photovoltaic power generator (1) interconnected with a commercial power supply, an electrical load circuit (2) including a storage-type electric water heater (7) using power from the commercial power supply and generated power of the photovoltaic power generator (1), and a controller (4) limiting a water heating operation of the storage-type electric water heater (7) by stopping or suppressing the water heating operation of the storage-type electric water heater (7) when a power fee data for purchased power supplied to the electrical load circuit (2) from the commercial power supply exceeds a standard monetary amount. When the water heating operation by the storage-type water heater (7) is performed using photovoltaic power, and a purchase of power from the commercial power supply occurs due to a lowering of photovoltaic power because of temporary cloudiness and the like or due to an increase in in-home-use power because of unanticipated use of electric equipment and the like, so that a purchased-power fee is greater than or equal to prescribed value, the controller (4) suppresses or stops the water heating operation of the storage-type electric water heater (7).
