    摘要: A thrust control valve equipped with: a valve element (15), in which a gas injection passage (L), through which an operating gas (G) is injected, is formed, with a valve-seating surface (P1) being formed in the gas injection passage (L); and a valve stem (16), which is provided in the interior of the gas injection passage (L) and has a seated surface (P5) that makes contact with the valve-seating surface (P1). A guide surface (P4) which makes contact with the inner circumferential surface of the gas injection passage of the valve element (15) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the valve stem (16). The guide surface (P4) is formed downstream from the seated surface (P5) in the direction of flow of the operating gas (G). A V-groove (31) through which the operating gas (G) flows is formed at the tip of the valve stem (16), downstream from the seated surface (P5) in which the guide surface (P4) is formed.

    摘要: In using a high pressure steam as a cooling medium for a gas turbine combustor, combustor walls exposed to a high temperature combustion gas is constructed such that a sheet having a strength for high temperatures is joined by brazing to those surfaces of a wall plate, on which a plurality of flow passage grooves for a cooling steam are provided, to form steam flow passages, which communicate at one side thereof with a cooling steam supply manifold and at the other side thereof with a steam recovery manifold so that a steam supplied into the steam flow passages from the supply manifold cools the combustor wall surfaces and recovery manifold combustor wall surfaces. Accordingly, it is possible to form cooling passages of adequate strength and inhibit leakage of the steam outside a system.

    摘要: In a combustor tail pipe (1) of a gas turbine using steam as a cooling medium, the temperature distribution in the axial direction of the tail pipe is put under a gently varying condition so as to prevent the occurrence of a large thermal stress, whereby the safety of the combustor tail pipe and the reliability of an apparatus are improved greatly. A general arrangement is made by providing a supply jacket (16) between upstream side and downstream side jackets (14, 15), and using the latter jackets (14, 15) as exhaust jackets. The upstream side exhaust jacket (14) is provided in a position downstream of a tail pipe inlet (2) and adjacent to a bypass passage (10), whereby a non-cooling section A is formed in the vicinity of the tail pipe inlet. On the downstream side, the supply jacket (16) is provided closer to the downstream side exhaust jacket in a reduced-diameter portion of the tail pipe so that the length of a cooling passage portion between the supply jacket and the downstream side exhaust jacket (15) is reduced.

    摘要: In using a high pressure steam as a cooling medium for a gas turbine combustor, supply ports for a cooling steam are provided on inlet and outlet sides of a combustion chamber of the gas turbine combustor, a discharge port for the cooling steam is provided substantially centrally of the combustion chamber between the inlet and outlet sides, and steam flow passages are formed in combustion chamber wall surfaces between the supply ports and discharge port of the cooling steam so that a cooling steam supplied into the wall surfaces from the supply ports on the inlet and outlet sides is discharged outside through the discharge port provided substantially centrally of the combustion chamber. Accordingly, the combustor wall surfaces exposed to a high temperature combustion gas can be effectively cooled using a steam which has a large thermal capacity and a high pressure.
