摘要: A burner equipped with: an inside gas nozzle extending along an axis line while surrounding that axis line and capable of supplying to a furnace an oxygen-containing gas for inside combustion; a fuel supply nozzle that, when viewed in the direction along the axis line, surrounds the inside gas nozzle, and is capable of supplying to the furnace a fluid mixture of a solid powder fuel and a carrier gas; an outside gas nozzle that, when viewed in the direction along the axis line, surrounds the fuel supply nozzle, and is capable of supplying to the furnace an oxygen-containing gas for outside combustion; and a flow speed ratio adjustment mechanism capable of adjusting the relative flow speed ratio of the spray flow speed of the oxygen-containing gas for inside combustion and the spray flow speed of the oxygen-containing gas for outside combustion. Downstream from the outlet of the fuel supply nozzle, flame-holding regions are formed in the sprayed flow of the fluid mixture, these regions being formed respectively on the side of the sprayed flow of the oxygen-containing gas for inside combustion and on the side of the sprayed flow of the oxygen-containing gas for outside combustion.

摘要: Provided is a boiler having plurality of burners (19) arranged on a furnace wall (10) of a furnace (18), each burner (19) comprising: a cylindrical fuel nozzle (3) for injecting a mixture of fuel and carrier gas therefor into the furnace (18); one or more cylindrical air nozzles (8, 11) provided on the outer circumference of the nozzle (3) for injecting combustion air into the furnace, and a wind box (12) for supplying combustion air to the nozzles (8, 11) in common. The wind box (12) is provided with openings (12a, 12b) through which combustion air flows in from one direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the burner (19), and is partitioned by a partition wall (14) to form plurality of parallel flow paths for the air flowing in through the openings. Some of the plurality of flow paths are connected to an upper part of the combustion air nozzle (8), and the other flow paths are connected to a lower part of the nozzle (8). Each of the plurality of combustion air flow paths is independently provided with an air momentum deviation damper (15) and an air flow rate adjustment damper (17), such that the direction of the flame of the burner (19) can be changed between upward and downward directions inside the furnace (18) depending on a combustion condition such as a load.

摘要: In accordance with the flow distribution of combustion gas including an unburned portion, an after-air port (AAP) arranged downstream of the two-stage combustion burner can effectively reduce the unburned portion by dividing as appropriate so as to avoid interaction, and by mixing together, two types of after-air having functions of linearity and spreading. As the configuration of this AAP (7), a primary nozzle (5) for supplying primary after-air (1) and having a vertical height greater than the horizontal width is provided in the center in the opening (17) of the AAP (7), a secondary nozzle (14) for supplying secondary after-air (11) is provided in the opening (17) outside of the primary nozzle (5), and one or more secondary after-air guide vanes (15) having a fixed or variable tilt angle relative to the after-air port center axis (C o ) are provided at the outlet of the said secondary nozzle (14) to deflect and supply the secondary after-air (11) horizontally to the left or right.
