m is an integer 1, 2 or 3,
R 1 and R 2 are the same or independently different alkyl groups, each having 1-5 carbon atoms,
R 3 is a hydrogen atom, alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms, alkoxy group having 1-3 carbon atoms or halogen atom, and
X - is an acid residue of acid selected from methanesulfonic acid, benzenesulfonic acid, toluenesulfonic acid and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, and their salts are useful as an effective component of antitumor agents.
