摘要： A seal (44) is provided between a nozzle (20) and a manifold (12). The seal (44) provides a melt channel between an outlet (18) of manifold (12) and a nozzle channel (22). The seal (44) has higher thermal expansion coefficient than both the nozzle (20) and the manifold (12) to provide an improved seal between the manifold (12) and the nozzle (20) when the injection molding apparatus is at an operating temperature.
