摘要： The invention relates to a composite tool comprised of a metallic supporting part and of at least one working part of the like with different material compositions. Said parts are metallically joined to one another. The inventive composite tool is, in particular, a saw blade or bandsaw. The aim of the invention is to increase the cutting capacity and the serviceable life of the tool, in particular, when machining titanium and titanium alloys, austenitic Cr-Ni-Mn-N steels and nickel or nickel-based alloys. To this end, the invention provides that the supporting part or the supporting strip is made of a tenacious iron-based material, and the working part(s) is/are made of a precipitation hardenable iron-cobalt-tungsten alloy (Fe-Co-W).
