The disclosed electric brake system (1;2;3) may perform a normal operation mode having a low pressure mode and a high pressure mode, an abnormal operation mode and an inspection mode.

摘要: An electronic brake system (1) and a method for operating the same are disclosed. The electronic brake system (1) includes an integrated master cylinder (20), a hydraulic-pressure supply device (100), and a hydraulic control unit (200). The integrated master cylinder (20) allows a pressing medium to be discharged based on displacement of a brake pedal (10) and at the same time provides proper pedal feel for the user. The hydraulic control unit (200) controls hydraulic pressure of a pressing medium supplied to respective wheel cylinders (40). The electronic brake system (1) operates in different ways according to a normal operation mode and an abnormal operation mode.

摘要: The inventions concern an electronic brake system (1) and two methods of operating the same, the electronic brake system (1) including a master cylinder (20) configured to discharge a pressurized medium according to a displacement of a brake pedal (10), a simulation device (50) configured to provide a driver with a pedal feel, and preferably a fluid pressure supply device (100) configured to generate a fluid pressure by operating a hydraulic piston according to an electrical signal output to correspond to the displacement of the brake pedal (10) and a fluid pressure control unit (200) configured to control a fluid pressure of a pressurized medium supplied to each wheel cylinder (40), in which a normal operation mode, an abnormal operation mode, and a test mode are performed.
According to the invention a reservoir passage (61,63) is arranged fluidly connecting the simulation chamber (51) of the simulation device (50), a master cylinder port (24c) and a fluid reservoir (30). A solenoid valve (54) and a check valve (55) are arranged in parallel downstream of the reservoir (30) and upstream of the master cylinder port (24c) and the simulation chamber (51) with the check valve opening in the direction of the latter two.
