摘要: A noise control system includes: a control sound generator (1) for generating a control sound; an error detector (2) for detecting an error signal between the control sound and noise; a noise detector (3) for detecting a noise source signal; an adaptive filter (4) for outputting a control signal; and a coefficient updator for updating a coefficient of the adaptive filter (4). The coefficient updator includes at least a first digital filter (5), a first coefficient update calculator (6), a second digital filter (7), a phase inverter (10), a third digital filter (8), and a second coefficient update calculator (9). Alternatively, the coefficient updator includes at least a first digital filter, a second digital filter, a third digital filter, a coefficient update calculator, a phase inverter, a first adder, and a second adder. In either case, the coefficient updator has a function of suppressing an increase in a coefficient gain of the adaptive filter in a predetermined frequency band.

摘要: A first rectifying net, a rectifying grid and a second rectifying net are attached, as a rectifying part upstream of a duct through which air for cooling flows. A noise detection microphone detects noise within the duct. An error detection microphone is placed in the downstream side of the noise to detect error noise. An arithmetic circuit inputs a noise signal of the noise detection microphone, carries out an arithmetic of a transfer function so that an output signal of the error detection microphone becomes minimum, and outputs a control signal to a control sound source. The control sound source radiates a control sound having approximately the same sound pressure as and an opposite phase of the noise within the duct. Thus, the coherence between the noise in the upstream and downstream parts increases, thereby enhancing a sound-muffling effect.

摘要: An active noise controller includes a prediction filter which comprises a delayer (3) for delaying the noise or error detection signal by a predetermined period of time, a first adaptive filter (4) for processing the output of the delayer to deliver its periodic component, and a subtractor (14) for subtracting the output of the first adaptive filter (4) from the noise detection signal to deliver a random component of the signal. More specifically, the prediction filter is capable of dividing the noise or error detection signal into two, periodic and random, components. In addition, two, second and third, adaptive filters (5,6) are provided for processing the periodic and random components respectively. Accordingly, the second and third adaptive filters (5,6) become responsive precisely to their respective periodic and random components regardless of the ratio in level between the two components, whereby any undesired noise consisting of the two discrete components will be suppressed.

摘要: Disclosed is a noise suppressor in which a noise signal detected by a first detector (1 a ) is inputted to an adaptive filter (2) and a FIR filter (3). An output signal of the adaptive filter is reproduced by a speaker (5). The reproduced signal by the speaker (5) and a noise signal from a noise source are detected by a second detector (1 b ). The detected signal by the second detector is band-limited by a filter circuit (6) and sent to a LMS computing circuit (4). The LMS computing circuit (4) updates a coefficient of the adaptive filter (2) so as to minimize an output signal (e'(n)) of the filter circuit (6) in response to an output signal (r(n)) of the FIR filter (3) and an output signal (e'(n)) of the filter circuit (6).

摘要: A noise suppressor is disclosed in which a noise signal is detected by a first detector, then processed by an adaptive filter, and an output signal from the adaptive filter and an audio signal from audio equipment are added by an adder and reproduced by a speaker. The sound signal thus reproduced by the speaker and the noise signal are detected by a second detector located at a listening point and sent to a filter control circuit. The filter control circuit processes the signal sent from the second detector and the audio signal from the audio equipment having a transfer function from the adder to the filter control circuit convoluted thereby to remove the audio signal component therefrom. The adaptive filter adaptively controls the noise signal in response to the output signal from the filter control circuit.
