摘要： The invention concerns an installation for implementing a method for detecting deposit (D) likely to be formed inside a piping system (2) transporting a fluid. The invention is characterised in that the installation comprises at least a source generating (3) a thermal gradient designed to be mounted on a so-called active zone (Za) of the outer surface of the pipe, at least a sensor (7) measuring the heat flux designed to be mounted on a zone (Zm) of the outer surface of the pipe located, relative to the active zone, at a distance predetermined according to the length of the pipe, and control and monitoring means (5), connected to the generating source (3) and the measuring sensor (7) for detecting when the heat flux corresponding at least partly to the thermal gradient applied and transmitted by the pipe exceeds a predetermined threshold indicating the presence of deposit inside the pipe.
