摘要: A variable displacement compressor has a pin for forming a part of connecting mechanism interposed between a cam member and a rotary support. When one of the cam member and the rotary support forms a part of support while the other forms a part of pin guide, the connecting mechanism has a pin supported by the support, a first guide portion and a second guide portion which are provided in the pin guide. The first guide portion has a first guide surface that guides an end face of the first end of the pin, and the second guide portion has a second guide surface that guides an end face of the second end of the pin. When the pin comes in contact with the first or second guide surface, the pin comes in contact with only one of the first and second guide surfaces.

摘要: A link mechanism provided between a lug plate and a cam plate in a variable displacement compressor includes a first transmitting portion for transmitting rotation of a lug plate to a cam plate and a second transmitting portion for transmitting compression reactive force from the cam plate to the lug plate, which are arranged along a rotational direction of the drive shaft. The first transmitting portion includes a first transmitting surface and a first receiving surface. The link mechanism also includes a movement restrictor arranged between the first and second transmitting portions. The movement restrictor includes a restricting surface formed in the lug plate and a restricted surface formed in the cam plate and restricts the first receiving surface to move away from the first transmitting surface in the rotational direction of the drive shaft in such a manner that the restricted surface comes into contact with the restricting surface.

摘要: A first external refrigerant circuit (41) includes a condenser (43), a pressure reducing device (45) and an evaporator (46). A compressor (C) is directly connected to a drive source (E) of the vehicle to permit power transmission and compresses a refrigerant by being driven by the drive source at all times. The compressor (C) and the first external refrigerant circuit (41) form a refrigerant circulation circuit. A second external refrigerant circuit (62) connects a discharge chamber (22) and a suction chamber (21) of the compressor at the outside of the compressor (C) and permits the circulation of a refrigerant that is not involved in air conditioning. Control devices (42, 51, 63, 67, 71) selectively open or close the first external refrigerant circuit (41) and the second external refrigerant circuit (62), respectively.

An inlet (60a) of the axial passage (60) is closer to the second end portion than the second radial bearing is. An outlet (60b) of the axial passage (60) is closer to the second end portion than the first radial bearing (24) is.
