Disclosed herein is a process for producing a fibre-reinforced resin moulding, which comprises placing a fibre reinforcement in the cavity of a mould composed of a top and a bottom; closing the mould; injecting a liquid resin material into the cavity; curing the resin material; and after completion of curing, opening the mould to withdraw the moulding therefrom, wherein the inside of the cavity is brought into a pressurized state by a pressurized gas during a period ending with gelation of the resin material, and such a pressurized state is maintained until completion of curing.
