摘要： In a method for operating a multi-shaft combined cycle plant, a low load mode for adjusting the output of the multi-shaft combined cycle plant by adjusting only the output of a gas turbine, and a high load mode in which the output of the multi-shaft combined cycle plant can be adjusted by adjusting the output of both the gas turbine and a steam turbine, are switched according to the required load (S15). In the low load mode, the steam turbine is supplied with steam at a standby flow rate amount at which the steam turbine can maintain a predetermined initial load, and the initial load is imposed on the steam turbine (S21 to 23).
