    摘要: A drill comprising: a drill main body; a chip discharge flute; and a tip cutting edge. The tip cutting edge includes: a first tip cutting edge which extends toward the axially posterior end as it goes toward the outside in a radial direction; and a second tip cutting edge which is disposed outside the first tip cutting edge in the radial direction. The second tip cutting edge extends toward the tip in the axis direction as it goes toward the outside in the radial direction or extends to be perpendicular to the axis. The radially inner end of the second tip cutting edge is disposed on the axially posterior end with respect to the radially outer end of the first tip cutting edge. The radially outer end of the second tip cutting edge is disposed on a virtual extension line of the first tip cutting edge.

    摘要: In this drill, a cutting edge (3), which is formed at an intersecting ridge line part between a wall surface (5A), facing a drill rotation direction (T), of a chip discharging flute (5) formed at an outer periphery of a tip portion of a drill main body (1) that is rotated around an axis (O), and a tip flank face (4), includes an inner peripheral cutting edge (3A) located on a radially inner peripheral side with respect to the axis (O); and an outer peripheral cutting edge (3B) connected to a radially outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral cutting edge (3A). A point angle (θA) of a portion of the inner peripheral cutting edge (3A) on an inner peripheral side with respect to the axis (O) is within a range of 90° to 170°. A radial width of the outer peripheral cutting edge (3B) with respect to the axis (O) in a cross section, along the axis (O), of a rotation locus around the axis (O) is within a range of 5% to 20% of a diameter (D) of the cutting edge (3), and a point angle (θB) is larger than the point angle (θA) of the inner peripheral cutting edge (3A).
