A resin fine powder which consists of a 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer that exhibits a limiting viscosity [η] of 1.0 x 10 -2 to less than 3.0 dl/g as determined in decalin at 135°C and which has a median particle diameter [D 50 ] of 1.0 x 10 -1 to 5.0 x 10 µm; and a composition which comprises the resin fine powder and at least one sinterable powder selected from the group consisting of metal powders and ceramic powders.
