    摘要： Methods for providing localized content with respect to a website are provided. One of the methods is implemented on a computer having at least one processor, storage, and communication platform, and comprises the step of receiving a request for content where the request includes information related to a user. The method further comprises retrieving one or more pieces of localized content associated with at least one condition when it is determined that the at least one condition is consistent with the information related to the user, where each localized content is localized with respect to the content requested. The method further comprises identifying at least one of the retrieved localized content when the information related to the user meets the associated at least one condition, and sending the identified at least one localized content as a response to the received request for content.

The method further comprises converting the one or more relevant segments of text into a format suitable for being used to create an improved URL by modifying the original URL. The method further comprises applying the improved URL to represent the web content to facilitate Internet search.     摘要： Methods for providing translated web content with translated Universal Resource Locators (URLs) are provided. One of the methods comprises the steps of receiving a request from a user for content in a second language translated from content in a first language that is accessible from a first Internet source. The method further comprises obtaining the content in the first language from the first Internet source. The method further comprises identifying, from the content in the first language, one or more links, each represented by an original URL. The method further comprises dividing each original URL into one or more translatable URL components in the first language, wherein a translatable URL component includes a segment of text. The method further comprises determining whether the one or more translatable URL components in each original URL have been previously translated, via at least one of machine translation, human translation, and a combination thereof, into the second language and stored as translated URL components. If there is at least one translatable URL component previously translated and stored as a corresponding translated URL component, the method further comprises generating a translated URL in the second language for each original URL by replacing each previously translated translatable URL component in the original URL with a corresponding translated URL component. The method further comprises creating the content in the second language with translated URLs by replacing the original URLs in the first language with corresponding translated URLs in the second language, and sending the content in the second language to the user as a response to the request.

One of the methods is implemented on a computer having at least one processor, storage, and communication platform and comprises the steps of receiving a request for translating a current message in a first language into a current message in a second language destined for a user, and determining whether the current message in the first language has been previously translated into a corresponding message in the second language. The method further comprises, if the corresponding message in the second language exists, generating the current message in the second language based on the corresponding message in the second language previously translated. The method also comprises sending the current message in the second language to the user as a response to the request.
