摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for treating autoimmune diseases. Disclosed is a method or the like for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, which utilizes an antigen-specific tolerogenic antigen presenting cell. Specifically disclosed are: a method for producing an antigen-specific tolerogenic antigen presenting cell, which is characterized by using carbonic anhydrase I; an immunogenic antigen presenting cell which is specific to carbonic anhydrase I; and a method or the like for the treatment of autoimmune diseases (especially inflammatory bowel diseases), which is characterized by using a tolerogenic antigen presenting cell which is specific to carbonic anhydrase I.
