摘要： A new class of hybrid peptides having domains which are analogues of receptor interaction sites on an adhesive protein have been developed. These hybrid peptides are useful in methods of inhibiting aggregation of platelets and adhesion of platelet and fibrin thrombi to vessel walls. Methods of producing synthetic substitutes for fibrinogen, von Willebrand factor and other adhesive proteins are also disclosed.
