摘要： A plasma torch (20a) for heating molten steel, comprising an outer tube (26) of an annular bottomed double tube (21), and a tubular bottomed anode electrode (28) fixed to the inside of the outer tube (26) through a gap from the inside of the double tube (21), wherein the anode electrode (28) is made of a material having a softening temperature higher than 150 DEG C except for pure copper, and the ratio of electric conductivity D of the anode electrode (28) to electric conductivity N of the outer tube (26) satisfies a relation 0.2
