摘要： A scheduled time by which the temperature of a battery will be within a desired temperature range is predicted, or information of the scheduled time is acquired, and if the temperature of the battery is below a desired temperature range, the temperature of the battery is raised to the desired temperature range by the scheduled time by means of repeated charge/discharge control of the battery as heating control of the battery prior to the scheduled time.
