摘要： The present invention relates to a material that is able to selectively inactivate a specific biologically harmful substance through photocatalysis, and uses thereof.
The photocatalytic material (4) provided by the present invention comprises a holding substance (8) having holding specificity of selectively holding a specific biologically harmful substance (2), a photocatalyst (5) that is able to inactivate the harmful substance (2) held by the holding substance (8) through photocatalysis, and bridging molecules (7) that link the holding substance (8) to the photocatalyst (5), the bridging molecules (7) being arranged on the surface of the photocatalyst (5) in the form of a monolayer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a photocatalytic material that can selectively inactivate a specific biologically harmful substance through photocatalysis, and uses thereof.
The photocatalytic material (21) provided by the present invention comprises a photocatalyst (23), and a holding substance (26) having a holding part (17) that specifically holds a specific biologically harmful substance, the holding substance (26) being disposed in a state fixed to at least a part of the surface of the photocatalyst (23). The photocatalytic material (21) is designed such that substantially all of the holding substance (26) is disposed on the surface of the photocatalyst in a form such as to be able to specifically hold a specific biologically harmful substance in the holding part (17).
