    摘要: An implant with anchoring device for heart valve disease comprises a cardiac valve prosthesis (1), at least two sets of anchoring needles (2) and at least two sets of anchoring needle releasing devices (3). Proximal end of the anchoring needles (2) are provided with anti-disengagement ends (23). The anchoring needle releasing devices (3) are detachably connected to the cardiac valve prosthesis (1). The anchoring needle releasing devices (3) comprise delivery tubes (31) and shafts (32). Distal sections of the anchoring needle releasing devices (3) are in preset shapes, so that distal sections (3112, 3122) of the delivery tubes (31) can bend wholly or partially. Bendable parts of the delivery tubes (31) are bent sections (31121, 31221), and the most distal ends of the delivery tubes (31) are rigid sections. The length from the most distal end of the delivery tube (31) to the most proximal end of the bent section (31121, 31221) is larger than or equal to 1/6 of the circumference of a circle formed by the minimum radius of a native heart valve annulus of a patient. The anchoring needles (2) are pre-placed inside the distal sections (3112, 3122) of the delivery tubes (31) and are located at the distal ends of the shafts (32). The shafts (32) can be pushed to force the anchoring needles (2) to move toward the distal ends of the delivery tubes (31), so that the cardiac valve prosthesis (1) is fixed between autogenous tissue (6) and the anti-disengagement ends (23) to achieve accurate positioning and firm anchoring of the cardiac valve prosthesis (1).

    摘要: The present application relates to a transcatheter prosthetic valve replacement system including a delivery catheter, a frame, a prosthetic valve, and one or more clamping devices. The prosthetic valve is fixed in the frame. The clamping device is connected to a periphery of the frame. The frame and the clamping device can be preloaded in the delivery catheter. The clamping device includes a clamping member, a collar, and a control member. One end of the clamping member is a fixation end which is fixedly connected to the frame, and the other end of the clamping member is a deployable resilient segment which can be compressed and released. The collar is slidably sleeved on the clamping member. One end of the control member is connected to the collar, and the other end of the control member is manipulated outside the body. From being compressed to being fully released, the clamping member in sequence has two configurations. In the first configuration, the collar is moved along the clamping member towards a free end of the deployable resilient segment, and the deployable resilient segment is gradually closed. In the second configuration, the collar is moved along the deployable resilient segment towards the fixation end, and the deployable resilient segment recovers its predetermined shape.

    摘要: The present application relates to a stepwise-clamping type valve prosthesis including a frame body and a clamping member. The frame body has a channel allowing blood to flow therethrough. The clamping member includes a first clamping member and a second clamping member. The second clamping member is connected to the first clamping member. The clamping member has three states in sequence from being restricted to being fully released. In the third state, the second clamping member protrudes from the first clamping member and extends in a circumferential direction of the frame body and abuts against an outer surface of the frame body, so that an autologous valve leaflet and adjacent tissues are capable of being clamped between the second clamping member, the first clamping member, and the frame body. The contact area between the valve prosthesis and the autologous tissues can be increased, the position stability of the valve prosthesis in the heart can be improved, and the success rate of the operation can be increased.
