摘要： Disclosed is a charge-transporting compound represented by the formula (1) below which is composed of a polymer having a polymer main chain wherein fluorene derivatives are connected at the 9-position which fluorine derivatives are respectively substituted by an amino group having an aromatic ring or a heterocyclic ring. By using such a charge-transporting compound in the charge-transporting thin film, an organic EL device can be operated at a low voltage and is able to have a high luminance, long life while being free from defects.
