The method further includes generating a power indication of the frequency band segment within the total bandwidth allocation based on the power spectral density difference. When the second preset purpose is used, at least a waveform for the at least one uplink transmission amongst waveforms comprising at least a first waveform and a second waveform is determined, according to one or more preset second rules, based on a value of the at least one predefined bit. The waveform determined is then used in the uplink transmission scheduled.

In response to receiving, at the client device (200), the DCI from a network node device (210) within the indicated time duration (401), the client device (200) determines the second operation mode of the client device based on the received second indication, and applies the determined second operation mode of the client device (200).
