    摘要: A light source apparatus (1) which has a lamp (2), a power source (3), a light adjustment control module (33) that controls power to be supplied to the lamp (2) by the power source (3) within a range not more than an upper limit power and controls the amount of outgoing light from the lamp (2), and a continuous lighting sensing module (32) that measures a continuous lighting time period during which a lighted state is maintained without interruption, from a time point when the lamp (2) shifts from an extinguished state to the lighted state and senses whether the continuous lighting time period has reached a predetermined upper limit time period, and initializes the continuous lighting time period within a period during which the lamp (2) is in the extinguished state, wherein the light adjustment control module (33) performs control such that the upper limit power is a first upper limit power when the continuous lighting time period is not sensed to have reached the upper limit time period and performs control such that the upper limit power is a second upper limit power lower than the first upper limit power when the continuous lighting time period is sensed to have reached the upper limit time period.
