摘要:
Mechanism for lifting of seating furniture to assist getting up, with own driving mechanism with help of rotating motor drives, according to this invention presents solution with original kinematic mechanism and enables drive and appropriate kinematic achievement, and with help of rotating motor drives achieves optimum functioning of seating furniture during use of this function of lifting furniture to assist with getting up, and with that improves total possibilities of functions of a seat. Mechanism according to this invention has possibility to transversely position rotating drive device which is with rotor part attached to shear mechanism, and with flange (9) on stator portion pulls lever (8) connected to shearing mechanism joint for lifting and support of frame of seat or mechanism, and lifts the whole mechanism, slants mechanism forward, thereby simplifying getting up from the seating furniture. Mechanism is easily assembled by inserting of two pins (17) into cross tube of seating furniture frame and securing by two screws (24).
摘要:
Seating furniture with lifting mechanism for the purpose of assistance at rising with the own torque drives according to this invention, represents the solution with original kinematic structure of the mechanism in which there is built in at least one torque drive of small motor power, with torque angles less than one half of the revolution and by means of torque motor drives of such a type and specially solved kinematic structure of leverage, there is achieves optimal function of seating furniture at usint llifting function of furniture for the purpose of assistance at rising, by which it improves total possibilities of function of seats. The invention particularly refers to building in torque drives that are leant by the bridge against a pair of lvers of the shear mechanism and that are easily lifted and rotate relatively together with the sher mechanism upwards and to drives there is fastened special lifting leverage, fastened with one end in the axis of drive torque and the other end leans against the support provided in the point above the kinematic square of the lifting shear mechanism. To the shear square system for listing remains only the role of determining the course of lifting and inclining the seat and lifting the drive and the lever system with starting point in the drive torque axis, exercises in such a way progressive cummulated start of lifting mechanism. Such a lifting is achieved by torque of drive lever system in the way that it drives, which are through the bridge leant against the lever of the shear syste, that lifts them together with torque livers and shear mechanism upwards, simultaneousla moving apart the lever system and special support of seating furniture that, included in the kinematic system progressively cummulatedly lifts and adequately inclines the seating furniture. The lifting system has thereby starting point in the drive torque axis and the other footing is at the minimum distance from the drive torque axis and above kinematic points of lifting shear levers, which is also original solution. The mechanism is very easy and quickly assembled to frames or other mechanisms in the seat, by inserting on axes on the transversal supporting tube of the frame of the seat and by fastening by screws on the other transversal supporting tube of the frame of the seat.
摘要:
Furniture mechanism for adjusting back (34), seat (33), and leg supports (30) by means of rotating motor drive (1) solves above described technical problem by using rotating electrical motor (5) attached to adjustable chairs or beds, or to frames earmarked for furniture. The axle (2) of said motor (5) is used as torque source for adjusting the mechanism, and through the mechanism, parts of the furniture. The main advantages of proposed solution are in reduction of necessary space, and in shorter and less frequent movements of adjustable mechanism. The essence of the invention is in using at least one electrical motor (5) enabling rotation with original kinematic system as well as originally solved rotating driving motors (5) which serve as torque supply. There can, of course, be more than one electrical motor (5) resulting in separated movements of the supports, or other parts of the frame subject of this invention.
