摘要: The invention relates to a method for the production of semi-finished or finished parts made of a molybdenum alloy with intermetallic phase parts, preferably molybdenum silicide, molybdenum boron silicide, selectively also molybdenum boride, phases. The heat compacted material, starting from a mechanically alloyed powder, exhibits superplastic forming behavior. It is thus possible to reduce the forming temperature by at least 300 °C, wherein processing is possible on conventional systems.
