    摘要： In order to surely crush lumps of coal and minimize occurrence of attachment of coals in crushing of coals, the present invention provides a coal briquette manufacturing apparatus including a mixer forming a mixture of powered coal and a binder, a gravity feeder connected to a lower end of the mixer and feeding the mixture, a molding device connected to a lower end of the gravity feeder and molding the mixture fed from the gravity feeder, and a crusher provided in an upper end of the gravity feeder and crushing the mixture flown into the gravity feeder, wherein the crusher may include rotation rotors rotatably provided in a housing and having crushing plates disposed at a distance from each other along the shaft direction, a driver rotating the rotation rotors, and a scraper member provided in the housing and disposed in front surfaces of the crushing plates to scrape mixtures attached to the crushing plates.

    摘要： According to one technical aspect of the present invention, a continuous casting method is performed in a continuous casting apparatus having a plurality of segments continuously provided, so as to continuously cast a slab drawn from a mold, and can comprise the steps of: rough milling the slab by setting a roll gap difference between an input side cylinder and an output side cylinder of an N-th segment as a first roll gap difference when the slab is drawn from the mold; and variably reducing the thickness of the slab by setting the roll gap difference between the input side cylinder and the output side cylinder of the N-th segment as a second roll gap difference smaller than the first roll gap difference, when the slab is not drawn from the mold. The second roll gap difference can change according to a distance between the end of the slab and the N-th segment.

    摘要： Provided are an apparatus and method for manufacturing molten iron. The apparatus for manufacturing molten iron, according to the present invention, comprises: a multi-stage fluid bed furnace for converting fine iron ores into reduced fine iron through reduction; at least one high-temperature compacting unit for preparing a high-temperature compacted iron by compressing the reduced fine iron; at least one crushing unit for crushing the high-temperature compacted iron to have a certain particle size; a first conveying unit for conveying the crushed high-temperature compacted iron; and a melting furnace for melting the conveyed high-temperature compacted iron by combusting fine or lump coal, and for supplying a reducing gas, which is generated in the furnace, to a fluidized reduction furnace. In addition, the apparatus further comprises at least one compacted iron storing unit for storing some of the compacted iron which has been crushed. According to the present invention, molten iron can be manufactured stably and efficiently.
