    摘要： A fan (21) located in a lower part of an inner section of the creel stand (2) creates an air flow that extends upwardly through a cylindrical duct (20) to a ceiling plate (16) of the creel stand. The air then passes radially outwardly, and thence downwardly through an outer section (30) of the creel stand to filters (9,19) adjacent the bottom of the stand. One of the filters (19) undergoes rotary movement, and fiber waste is conducted from it to a collection source by a suction device.
