摘要： A bronchoscope (14) includes a sheath (12) having an inflatable cuff (34) at its distal end and a lumen to receive the bronchoscope (14). The inflatable cuff (34) permits procedures which require selective isolation of a patient's lungs. The sheaths (12) also include elements for proper location of the bronchoscope (14) therein and pressure transducers for indicating lung pressure.
